With so much work now done by digital communication, rather than face-to-face as used to be the case, it's important to get to know the people behind the calls and emails, and that's why we have created a helpful blog post to introduce our team to you. 

Our success is all about collaboration and our different divisions working together harmoniously towards a common goal.

Every booking confirmed is all thanks to our teams, who put in their heart and soul to make things happen, from the new faces team who scout and sign our models and actors, the digital team who build up their portfolios and make them accessible to clients, and the bookers who are constantly in touch with our clients promoting our talent and securing the bookings. MEET #TEAMSR...

MANAGEMENT 

The beating heart of the SR team is our management. Meet our Managing Director, Tessa, our Head of Finance, Alex, Head Booker, Jessica, Head of New Faces, Katie, and Client Account Manager, Emma. If you'd like to know what it's like keeping our crazy SR team in check, keep reading...

tessa dewing...

Tessa, our dedicated Managing Director, has been an integral part of SR since taking over the business from her mother, Sandra, in the early 1990s, Tessa has witnessed and actively steered the agency's growth to its current standing. When asked what she loves most about the job, Tessa shared, "When my whole team are happy and someone feels like they have achieved a personal best or done something outside their comfort zone". One of Tessa's biggest work achievements has been purchasing and renovating SR's head office, which is a beautiful period building right in the city centre, it is a hub for creativity and inspiration. Tessa has many talents, however, our favourite of her hidden talents is being able to make a bra out of a pair of boxer shorts... we have questions too! Tessa's favourite thing to do outside of work is spending time with her two daughters and she is at her happiest when she is skiing in the mountains with her family.

alex buckenham...

As our Head of Finance, Alex gets the fun job of playing with numbers all day. She makes sure all our jobs are invoiced promptly, clients pay on time and our models and actors are paid promptly. She is the most sporty member of the SR team, 'Active Alex' spends her spare time as a ski instructor, rowing for NRC, running, swimming and cycling. Though happiest when all her family (and the dog) are home safe and well, she's also quite the adventurer, and loves travelling the world.

jessica tracey...

Always the calm influence in the office, Jess loves working with her friends and having a solid network around her - there is always lots of fun (as well as hard work) to be had on the SR booking desk. As our Head Booker, Jessica manages the bookers and is always on the phone negotiating contracts with both clients and models, managing and coordinating shoots for some of our biggest clients. Jess highlighted that her involvement in the SR team's "Sleep Out" charity event, which raised over £3700 for homelessness, was a significant work achievement of hers. Outside of work, Jess loves to cook, travel and take her cute dog Lady on walks.

Katie originally joined SR back in 2007 as a booker. Looking after our new face shoots at this time, Katie developed her make-up and styling skills and is now an established make-up artist working on commercial briefs alongside her job as Head of New Faces here at SR.  Katie's favourite part of the job is still studio shoot days, being creative and making sure everyone looks fabulous in front of the camera. Katie is a regular at our office Pilates, and her hidden talent is that she can do the splits!

Working on our locations division, Emma is constantly busy with productions as well as building relationships with location owners & clients. When asked about her favourite part of the job, Emma shared "working with the best creative teams and seeing a client's vision through from pre-production through to end edit". Emma started her career at a TV Production company and originally joined SR in 1999 as a booker, and was Head Booker for over a decade. Remembering hundreds of model and client telephone numbers by heart is just one of her many skills. A work achievement of Emma's is her work with the charity "I Can Be" who introduce underprivileged primary school-aged children to the world of work, helping them to discover the breadth of opportunity around them.

STILLS BOOKING TEAM

Introducing the Stills division... We are getting to know the ladies on the booking desk who deal with all our Stills & Influencer bookings. Whether you want to put a face to a name or get to know a bit more about the team, you're in the right place. Keep reading to get to know Georgia, Jemima, and Lily.

georgia butler... 

Our Senior Booker Georgia has been a special part of the SR team since 2017, helping to book the right models to fit her client's briefs. Despite her dreams of being a teacher when she was younger, Georgia entered the world of modelling and became a finalist on Britain's Next Top Model where she was given a pink mullet! Since her TV appearance, Georgia has modelled for prestigious clients such as Ice Watches, L'Oreal and Clearasil. One of her favourite work highlights is scouting for models at festivals, and her biggest work achievement is co-hosting Daisy & G Spill The Tea with actors booker Daisy - our social & blog series. She loves being able to work with all of her friends and was honoured to be nominated 'Best Office Auntie' to all of the puppies and babies at SR's Christmas Nominations. She loves building great relationships with her clients and models, and in her spare time, she enjoys walking with her family.

jemima preedy...

Stills & influencers booker Jemima joined SR in 2021 when she returned to the UK after working in Dubai and Australia. Jemima has a passion for travelling which stems from trips all around the globe straight after graduating from University. Jemima loves being out scouting and seeing campaigns she's booked go live.  She also enjoys bringing her adorable dog, Digby, to the office and watching him play with other dogs around the booking desk. In her free time, Jemima likes to engage in arts and crafts, explore new restaurants, travel, and spend weekends in the countryside.

Lily is the newest member of the stills team, having joined in 2023 as an apprentice, although she has been part of the SR team since her child model days! Lily is also a keen photographer, shooting our new faces and loves being involved in our casting days. Her role includes getting to know all our models and clients and putting together the best suggestions for each brief. In her spare time, Lily loves cooking, art, baking and skiing, and her favourite item is her Hozier cardboard cut-out! 

ACTORS BOOKING TEAM

Ever wondered what the day-to-day life of our actors team is like? In a busy and fast-paced role, our bookers work to match our fantastic actors, presenters and voice-over artists with our client's exciting and varied briefs. Hannah has been with SR since 2017 after leaving her previous job at ASOS. Hannah is hard-working, determined and a real asset to our team, providing clients with actors and presenters for all platforms. Hannah says that the parts of her job that she loves the most are seeing commercials come up on her TV that she has booked her talent on, and working with her lovely colleagues. Her favourite work memory is dancing the night away at SR's Christmas parties, she also loves the theatre and reading, and her hidden talent is baton twirling!

Having been on our books as a young model, Jordan had roles at H&M and as a creative director of a hair salon before joining the SR family in 2018. Always up there as one of the most stylish dressers,  Jordan is constantly keeping her wardrobe up to date with pieces from her favourite designers, such as Alexander McQueen, Dior and Dolce & Gabanna, which more than once has secured her the 'Office Fashionista' award. One of Jordan's favourite work achievements is taking part in Sleep Out with the SR team to raise money for the homeless. In Jordan's spare time, she loves to visit exhibitions and galleries, travel, and go on days out with her lovely little family - especially to theme parks!

daisy roberts... 

Daisy is known for her bubbly energy around the office, and most importantly - her funny jokes! She knows how to put a smile on everyone's faces, and her favourite part of her job is socialising with clients and models, and cuddling her adorable black lab, Norman. She loves to spend time with family and friends in her spare time, and is always dressed to the nines every day! Daisy co-hosts our social & blog series 'Daisy & G, Spill The Tea' with stills booker Georgia, and loves getting to know our models and actors at our new faces days.

Katie joined the SR team as an apprentice in 2021, obtaining the highest grade of distinction which won her a full-time role on our booking desk! She loves that she is consistently voted the best tea maker in the office and says that the best part of her job is seeing the final edit of shoots that have been booked by the team and the friends that she has made through working at SR. Her mum is her biggest inspiration because she works so hard at everything and puts everyone above herself.

JUNIORS BOOKING TEAM

Matching our amazing kids and families with fantastic briefs for a variety of clients is what Juniors Bookers Sarah, Maria and Poppy love to do, seeing a job through to the end and hearing how much fun our kids and families have on set makes the job so worth it! Read on to get to know what life is like working on our wonderful juniors division.

Sarah joined SR's junior division in 2016 following a career in broadcasting and marketing with Heart FM and Ryanair. When asked what her favourite part of the job is, Sarah shared "Seeing the final edit featuring our gorgeous kids & families and working with my best gals Mazzie & Pops". A core memory at SR for Sarah was when she went to an Ibiza Classics concert at Blickling with the SR girls, which was her first social event with the team. Outside work, Sarah loves family days out & holidays, gardening and gin tasting!

Maria is a long-established member of the Sandra Reynolds team having joined as a booker in 2004. Since then she has built strong relationships with parents, clients and council officials across the country, helping her with casting and licensing children for shoots. She has seen the agency grow over the years, sharing that one of her favourite parts about the job is "Being part of a brilliant team and watching us get bigger and better". Outside of work, Maria loves to walk her little dog, Coco, beach days and watching her son play football. Previously an Air Japan hostess, Maria is no stranger to the world of travelling and has indulged in her fair share of partying and shopping around the world.

poppy franks...

Party girl Poppy is another of our team who started as an apprentice, during lockdown in 2021. Poppy loves scouting new families and licencing children for jobs and is proud to have built up good relationships with the councils, enabling her to do this efficiently. She loves seeing the final edits of campaigns we've worked on and is proud to have won "Most Likely to have their own reality TV Show" at our annual awards and organising an SR raffle, raising an amazing £1224 for Break Charity. 

DIGITAL 

Meet the team at Sandra Reynolds behind everything digital, social and marketing. Our digital team work on everything from the SR website to social media, newsletters and new campaigns, keeping our models and clients up to date and in the know with everything SR related. So, if you're wondering what it's like working on digital and social at Sandra Reynolds or want to get to know more about our team, we introduce to you Marketing Manager, Jodie, Office Coordinator, Amie, Designer & Content Creator, Inday, and Creative Assistant, Bethany.

jodie moss... 

Ever wondered who is behind SR's social media? Meet Marketing Manager Jodie. She loves all things strategy and is always looking for fresh ideas to bring to the agency. One of her favourite work highlights was helping to spread the word about our 'Book a Model, Plant a Tree' initiative via social media, on our SR newsletters and our blog. Swapping the social phone for a camera, you might also meet Jodie at our new faces days as she is a keen photographer too! Outside of work, Jodie loves to go on walks to the beach with her dogs, anything fashion and attend music events with her friends.

Office Coordinator Amie has been a part of the SR team since she joined as an apprentice. A large part of Amie's job is assisting on the new faces desk and one of her favourite things is meeting our new faces and helping with updating casting shots so most of our SR models have met or spoken to her at some point!  Amie's biggest work achievement so far was getting a distinction in her apprenticeship, which secured a permanent role with us. 

inday harrison...

Working closely with Jodie on social media campaigns, design and blog creation, one of Inday's favourite parts of the job is getting to know our models at casting days, where you can usually find her interviewing and grabbing those all-important behind-the-scenes shots. Outside of work, Inday loves travelling, cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and attending music events.

bethany daniels...

Bethany is the newest member on SR's digital team, keeping all of our model profiles and web pages up to date with new imagery. Beth studied Photography at university and has a very creative eye, so can often be seen setting up areas of the studio ready for those all-important update shots. When asked what her favourite work memory has been so far, Bethany says "Definitely Amsterdam, it was brilliant to get to know the team better and explore the city for our Christmas party.". Bethany also works with Emma, scouting, photographing and updating our locations library. 

LOCATIONS & PRODUCTION

Introducing the wonderful locations & production team that is Emma & Bethany. As well as representing models, actors & influencers, we also represent film & photographic locations across the UK, working hard to source stunning new locations for our clients. The team also offer full production services, working with trusted freelance creatives, which keeps them super-busy making sure the whole production team, locations and props are booked for shoots as well as catering, accommodation and much more to ensure the shoot runs smoothly.

As our account manager, Emma has worked with some of the world's biggest brands, helping to bring their productions to life. Super-organised and with many years experience, Emma loves working with the best creative teams and seeing a client's vision through from concept to completion. Emma is always on the lookout for new locations to add to East Coast Locations' stunning library as well as talented new freelancers.

bethany daniels... 

Working within our digital team, Beth assists Emma in finding new locations for their growing library, capturing location imagery and keeping socials up-to-date.  Asked about the best thing working for East Coast Locations, Beth said "I love visiting all the beautiful locations. I have a keen interest in interior design, so it is the perfect job for me". 

MEET THE OFFICE DOGS

digby...

Digby is always full of energy and never fails to put a smile on your face. He loves to play with the other dogs in the office and is the first to put on those puppy dog eyes when the treats come out. Digby also loves to show off the new tricks he has learned. When we asked his person to say a few words about him, they said, "Digby is an absolutely gorgeous boy who I love a lot!"

Lovely Lady is everyone’s favourite office pup to have a cuddle with, she is very loyal always following her person around the office. Her bestie Blu loves a midday nap under the blankets, which makes her feel safe. Both of them love taking long walks along the beach and exploring the countryside together.

Biscuit the Jack Russell Terrier loves to say hello to everyone around the office. She can often be seen squeaking her favourite toy. One of her favourite things to do is go on a nice long walk and explore the countryside. Her favourite treat is chicken.

mimi & nola...

The newest members, sisters Mimi and Nola are always a fluffy bundle full of energy. Both of them love to play with the other ‘big’ dogs and learn their tricks. Mimi’s favourite thing to do is play catch and Nola loves lots of cuddles.

norman...

Loyal Norman is always happy to be in the SR head office. He can often be seen going around the office to say hello to everyone, which is very cute! His favourite thing to do is play catch and his favourite treat is cheese.

coco...

Meet lovely Coco, a gentle soul who adores her favourite person. She feels most comfortable relaxing in the warm dog beds that we have placed around the office and loves to have a delicious treat.
