Here at Sandra Reynolds, we pay our models the day after the invoice is raised.
BENEFITS TO YOU....
The most common issue for models, actors, or any freelancer, is getting paid on time. When you don’t know how long a client is going to take to pay your agency and then having to wait for that to be processed and paid out to you, can make managing your cash flow a stressful situation. Also, for children... when they are excited to be told they are doing a modelling job and even more excited to hear that they will earn some pocket money to save or to put towards their 'desperately-needed' new gadget, it can be hard for them to understand when they have to wait weeks or even months for payment - it's just not fair.
At Sandra Reynolds, we believe our models should be paid as soon as possible after they have completed the job and we don’t want them to have to wait for payment. In light of this, at the end of summer 2021, we launched our ‘Pay Next Day’ scheme. We take all the risk away for you and pay you the next working day after the invoice is raised and approved.
The Pay Next Day scheme ensures our models and actors no longer have to wait to be paid and know that any job they do through Sandra Reynolds will be paid, without delay, no matter how long the client takes to pay us.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We believe all of our models and actors should be paid as quickly as possible after they do a job through us, so payment will be made to them the next working day after the invoice is raised. The reason we have to wait until the invoice is raised is because, before we can raise the invoice for a job, we have to make sure we have the correct purchase order from the client and expenses and any overtime from the model, which also has to be approved by the client.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible to join ‘Pay Next Day’, your child must be currently represented by Sandra Reynolds and going forward on our website.
Once you have been accepted onto the books, you will receive an email notification to log in to your child's account and activate this. Once activated, any subsequent jobs they are booked on from the following day will be paid without delay.
CLIENT BENEFITS
On most jobs, the person booking you is not the person responsible for you being paid and they have no control over this. It can be embarrassing for them if they work with you on any future jobs and find out you have still not been paid for a job they booked you on a while ago. With this new scheme, a client can relax in the knowledge that children they book through Sandra Reynolds will be paid quickly, even if the agency has not been.
FAQ’S
WILL THIS COST ANYTHING?
No. There is absolutely no charge to you, or extra commission taken. There will be no change to the amount you will receive, you will just receive it sooner, it is simply an added benefit of being with Sandra Reynolds.
DOES IT APPLY TO USAGE AND BUYOUT?
If the usage or buyout is confirmed within the fee then yes. However, if the usage is only to be paid if you are featured in the final edit then this will not be included in the first invoice with the studio fee. As soon as usages and buyouts are confirmed and authorised by the client and the invoice is raised by us, you will be paid.
WHY CAN'T WE BE PAID THE DAY AFTER THE JOB?
Unfortunately, as much as we would always like to be able to pay you the day after the job, this is not usually possible due to information such as travel expenses and overtime needing to be obtained and authorised by the client before we can raise our invoice. Also, many clients don't send us their Purchase Order until the job is completed and they will not accept an invoice from us until this has been issued.
IF THE JOB IS OVER MULTIPLE DAYS, WHEN WILL I BE PAID?
The invoice will be raised after the last day of the job and you will then be paid on the next working day.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE EXCLUSIVE TO SANDRA REYNOLDS?
No. We want you to book jobs through us because you enjoy working with us and trust us to always work in your best interests, not because you are tied to a contract which prevents you from working with anyone else. We will work as hard as we can for your child to book them as many great jobs as we can so you think of us as your preferred agency, however we will still be happy for you to be represented by other good agencies.
CAN I PUT DIRECT JOBS THROUGH YOU AND STILL GET PAID STRAIGHT AWAY?
Yes, please do. For any jobs you refer to us that you would normally do direct, not only will we negotiate terms and pay you quickly, but we will also only take 20% commission.
DO I NEED TO PROMOTE YOU AS MY AGENCY?
If your child or family has an instagram page, we ask that you put a link at the top stating that you are represented by us, and add us as an agent to their Spotlight page if they have one. As an extra incentive for doing this, we will credit your publicity fee for as long as you promote us in this way.
